Avoid at all costs unless you like having old ladies be blunt and rude to you!

What’s the point of being an EVRI parcel shop that doesn’t actually take parcels? I tried to drop off a lightweight, flat, circular package (about 60cm) today, only to be told it was “too large for a Saturday as it won’t be collected until Monday” Yes, you read that right apparently parcels magically become acceptable Monday to Friday but not at the weekend. There was no signage about this supposed rule, no explanation beyond that, and certainly no courtesy. The lady behind the counter was blunt, rude, and clearly uninterested in helping. She wouldn’t even attempt to process it — just flat refusal. If this is how they treat customers, then it’s laughable they’re allowed to operate as an EVRI parcel shop. Unhelpful, unprofessional, and frankly a waste of time. UPDATE If I thought the service here couldn’t get any worse, I was wrong. After leaving an honest review about being refused a parcel and told to bring it back, the old lady I had now refused the parcel because of honest feedback
